Cooking temperature range: 180 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn up the heat with the Flame Broiler Lever which allows for direct flame searing up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes 2 cooking grids made from porcelain-coated cast iron, 2 meat probe ports which allow you to optimize temperature, and 1 meat probe. The solid side shelf features more prep space and built in tool hooks, while the front folding shelf gives you the option for additional space. The grease management system consists of a simple steel bucket. Just replace the foil liner for easy clean up. Fueled by 100% hardwood pellets.
